Testimonials:
Cameron - Kim does know what she is talking about and she does know what she is doing. As I was close friends with Kim before she found out about FELDENKRAIS ; Kim was struggling with almost anything. Due to her pain. She did get into this to help her own pain and this has helped her a lot.
Five years ago I had a motorbike crash that broke my back and I had a knee reconstruction. My balance was terrible. I am lucky, I can still walk and very lucky to know Kim, and her knowing this helped with my balance. Now she is hoping to share what she learnt and achieved. Let Kim help you. I really hope and think she can HELP with your pain.
Justine - Kim offers sessions that are nurturing and non-judgemental. She has a really deep understanding of how the body works. Her seemingly simple tips make a profound diference to relieving pain and tension.
The Supple Spine course is designed to get you back in touch with the natural and dynamic movements of the spine, unravelling and unwinding old habits of habitual muscular tension allowing you to move with more freedom and less pain.
It is based on Kim's live workshops of the same name which conist of audio 'Awareness through Movement' lessons -- with inspiration drawn from various Feldenkrais sources, they are carefully composed and adapted to suit beginners and those more experienced, enhancing the ability to sense and efficiently use the back and neck in harmony with the whole body.
As this is is an online course you are able to take it at your own pace, in the convenience and privacy of your own home.
